End of a glorious resource pool... Mag.nolia, we shall miss you!

For those who don't even know what Mag.nolia is, well, it used to be one of the top social bookmarking websites in the globe. Personally, it was the best amongst the all. The user interface, sharability, rich features and soothing graphics all made it even more preferrable to use. But what happened to Mag.nolia is nothing less than shocking. Overnight, its date store crashed and everything lost. The bookmarks, profiles, resources... everything..
I dont know about others, but I had invested a huge amount of time on this website and built an intellectual and social capital over this time. Its a great loss to thousands of people like me. Ma.gnolia was approaching the third anniversary of its public launch and suddenly everything lost. Larry, the person behind Mag.nolia in midst of all this, showed a lot of courage by answering our mails and queries. He even answered all our twits on twitter. I wish he had not written that 'I don't want to raise expectations about our prospects' on the homepage. It simply broke my heart.
Hey Larry, this is my tribute to the wonderful work you had done. Cheers! May God bless you and we all very soon see the launch of Mag.nolia2 in the near future. Let the phoenix rise from the ashes....
